What size hoses are on my car?

I'm looking to replace the coolant, vacuum, and fuel hoses on the car. I took some preliminary measurements and it looks like I'll be needing 3mm or 4mm vacuum hose for most of it and some 6 & 9mm as well. Anybody replace their hoses and remember the sizes?

Are there any soft oil lines to worry about?

I quickly measured my fuel lines and it looks like I'll want 1/4" ID for most of it along with some 3/16" ID for the return line. My engine is carbed, don't forget.

Coolant should be easy to pick up some clear piping at the local marine store. I'll do those individually.

Any hints or confirmations on those sizes?


It's also going to be color-coded: see-through red for fuel, blue for vacuum, and clear for coolant.
