Unhappy Weird electrical intermittent problem !!

Well, then over time, my beloved Corolla 4wd wagon car started to have intermittent electrical problems!

What I don't like with intermittent electrical problems ... is that we never know if the problem is solved ...

So here's my problem ... an easy and one more complicated. Although I know the first solution I outlined here because one of you can see links between the two.

I have problems with my turn signal ... sometimes I have no flash or hazard lights. I think that is the flasher relay because if I knock it, it goes back to work ... it is a common relay at Toyota, so I'll look for another in a junkyard.

Second problem ... and most disturbing:

During cold start, once the engine running, if I turn on my lights, the engine stalls! Simply stall! I close the lights, starts the car, turned my lights ... the engine stall again. At this point, the check engine light turns on and the lights defog light too!

Last weekend I removed all my fuses and cleaned the fuses assy with "contact cleaner" and added a silicone lubricant, I'll watch it again tonight.

Since this time... anyone have an idea? Does anyone have ever had this kind of problem?

Ooh! I should add that after several attempts, the engine is started once and for all ... even with the light on. It also starts when I turn on the light first and I start by giving the engine a little gas

Clean both battery terminals and make sure they are tight.

Get a shop manual with electrical diagrams and make sure all grounds are clean and tight.

Make sure the ground strap connections from the block to chassis are clean and tight.

Never EVER use silicone on an electrical connection, including fuses.

I have a factory manual since 1999!
Grounds were checked before the winter ... I'll check again

Did any of the above fix or improve the situation?

The flasher relay is a common part, any auto parts store should have a replacement.

blb...

I still want to know why ... !

It's OK to give advice but should be able to explain why!

And for the rest... I got a used relay from a junk yard...

And for the ingnition problem, it should come from the fuses box. I'll check again all the connection today.
