I pulled the fuse and found it had blown. When I replace the fuse, I found it had blown immediately. I tried a higher quality fuse which, upon contact with the terminals, sparked and popped the fuse. I'm not quite sure what to make of this, so I hope someone here might be able to help. Thanks a ton.
