Strut Brace Fitment

Can the AE101/ AE111 front upper strut braces fit the AE92? Like this one. But I assume so, since it looks like a similar factory brace in this pic as well...

I'd imagine that they'd be rather similar but I did a quick check through whiteline for the strut brace part #s and came up with different numbers

ae101# KSB583

edit: they may be close enough that they'd be workable/modifyable, but unless its REAL close I would avoid that.

I have a whiteline bar, and it looks a lot like that.

I would imagine the AE101 is wider, so the bar wouldn't fit right. why not just get the whiteline AE92 one?

ae101 bar will fit..... stock bars are the same.... ae101/2 owners use the ae92 stock bars all of the time.

Either find a stock GT-S bar or find a TRD (or similar) three-way bar..... the bars that bolt to the firewall are more effective than those that just go straight across.

are the celica stock bars the same too?

I might have to get one of those at the junkyard and use both like the picture above...

I tried that, too. Fortunately I was still in the junkyard, so I took off a Celica and test fit it with an AE92 that was there. The bolt holes for the strut mounts are different.

I already got the GTS bar, I'm planning on getting the one that goes across just for looks and possible supplement the factory bar.

i guess you could do 2 bars...seems like it would fit...
