Fuel pump is located on the engine near the valve cover. Follow a fuel line from the filter towards the engine. You can also pull off the return fuel line and make sure that there is fuel.
Other than that, it could be the timing if that somehow got messed with. Or faulty ignition components.
Does it crank over strongly? Have you tried jumpstarting it? How about push starting? Push starting is my personal favorite method for starting reluctant cars.
