Mine was about 60$ US since you didnt list your location.

Is it drivers or passengers side?

Ok so you would probably assume it will be around 70$ per side Canadian.

Plus normally here in the US parts stores charge a "core" fee so you have to return your old axle to them. That fee was 40$ per axle Us, so maybe 50$ Canadian.

You should also change the axle seals while you have them out. I didn't once and they went bad ruining my transmission. It all could have been avoided for 20$ total.

The conversion is actually US money multiplied by 1.2 equals Canadian currency but I've heard of things even seeming slightly higher than that up there so I estimated higher than the conversion.

Rockauto is $50 to $60 USD for new axles... no core charge. Not sure what shipping costs are, will have to check online.

Check around your local stores, they can probably range from $60-$70 or so and the core can vary, the cores on cardone at my store are only $6 but ae92rolla91 cited about a $40 core.

Definitely change axle seal!
all my diff fluid leaked out since I didn't, so change em!

I'm really feeling more and more like I got screwed though because I didn't have a core for my new axle, it was stuck in the transmission that ran out of fluid and blew. So I had to pay about 100$ for my axle when someone else said rock auto had them for 50 or 60.

I bought mine from rockauto, they were new cardone ... and I did not have to pay a core charge.
