Strut Mount replacement?

I'm in the middle of the rear strut replacement. Just got the first one out and removed the strut mount. The metal all seems to be in good order, but what I guess is the bump stop (that foam on the inside) has all but fallen apart. It is visibly cracked, and some of it came off with the old strut tube. Now, is this a part that I can get separately (the bump stop), or do I have to order a whole new strut mount? This is the first one, but Im gonna assume the other 3 on the car are in the same condition. Surprisingly, the rubber spring seat in the bottom of the spring was still very rubbery... Also, the boot that covers the shock is torn. Is this also an extra thing, or would it come with a strut mount?
Sorry, this is my first time doing struts :o( Ohyeah, Corolla 1990 sedan.
