weird suspesnion noise..

Basically when i go up a ramp and turn right, turn a hard right, or just turn the steering wheel to the right(2-3 times)

the right side makes a knock knock pop noise.

what could it be???thinking cv joints or somewhere in that area..not soo sure.

Lift up the front end, put the gear in neutral and spin each of the front wheels by hand. Note any sound, roughness, etc. If there is, then it's the CV.

Hopefully, you don't have my past problem. If there's no sound when you have the front end jacked up and checked, you could have a problem in the differential. Mine dried up and was for a LONG time. The bearings and shit ate itself away and eventually it locked up.

Just check your axles first, lift up the front end and spin the wheel at different turning angles.

With a diff problem, when you turn, one wheel is turning faster than the other which would cause noises that is similar to bad cv and/or bearings. I wasted my money on a new axle, new bearing. No one knew what it could've been, so I played the full guessing game with money.
