Cracked Exhaust Manifold?

Before I go into my post topic, has anyone else been experiencing issues accessing TN? It seems like TN along with other forums that run on the same site (something called us2.automotiveforums or something like that)are taking a long time to load. Maybe my ISP?

Now for my topic:

Many of you might already know that I have a 92 Corolla, engines been completely rebuilt with only about 4k put on since the rebuild. Yesterday I was adjusting my timing to 10BTDC because I noticed my distributor bolt was loose and I had extremely retarded timing. After that I started to rev the car and after about 15-30 secs my eyes started to burn. I was revving from the throttle cable. I looked at my exhaust manifold since the heatshield nut broke off and it looks like I have a crack but I'm not too sure. Looks like it's going down side number 4. I'm going to post a video of it probably later tonight as soon as I find my mom's camera. Even after changing my cap, wires, rotor, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, pcv valve, timing belt, timing. I also checked the TPS and Coolant Temp and neither of those are bad. I never got around to the O2 but was wondering, would a cracked exhaust manifold cause an O2 sensor to read high?

Mine was cracked and I remember seeing a few other members with that issue. depending on the size of the crack, it could affect the o2 sensor some

I believe that Pacesetter headers are all that's available for our 6g 4AFE's. You can get 'em painted black or with ceramic coating.

Most of the posts within TN that I've read thus far, are somewhat negative regarding the quality of the Pacesetters. That being said, if you install them properly, take care of them, and don't subject them to the rigors of track use, then I don't see any reason not to consider them.

Ebay is your best bet for them.

I also understand that 7g 4AFE headers bolt on our 6g's, but the exhaust routing must be altered some.

Someone correct me if I'm in any way misinformed.
