Lazy day. Just took them from out of my 2nd floor apartment window;
I put on the Konig Heliums I had sitting in my storage that I mentioned in my intro thread. Other than that, it's really just a basic 1991 Toyota Corolla Wagon.
In so much that I only bought it for basic transportation, the temptation to individualize/mod/tune it is ever present in me. Last thing I need is another money pit!!!!!!!
Anyways, I bought a Momo steerer for it already, I've got various intake tubes and cone filters to fab up an intake system, and a spare Magnaflow 14851 universal muffler.
I'm getting ideas in my head about roof spoilers, mid wings, lowering springs, tinted windows, two tone paint scheme and.....OMG!!!!!! Stop me already!!!!!!!!:yik es:
All you really need to do is drop it, and I know how bad it is to leave well enough alone. My DD statred off as that and has slowly turned into something it was not supposed to and now I see a silvertop in its future
Thanks for the suggestions.
I'm kind of like driving this Corolla wagon the way it is. mostly because it's so much more sedate and easy going, if you will, than my other car;
However, a slight drop on the wagon would definitely improve things overall with handling and appearance for sure. I'm thinking a compromise with a set of Eibachs and Monroe Sensatracs.
As far as making it go fast? Naw. Ain't gonna happen. I'm well aware of marginal results from NA bolt ons to basically, an econobox engine. However, I do like a clean engine bay though;
I intend to clean up the 'Yota's engine , stick on said intake, dress it up some, and perhaps some interior stuff. Maybe clear corners too.
Cheers!

OFF TOPIC- im glad to see you to made up... (my thread was locked) OFF TOPIC
-with the wagon, why not go in the opposite direction. Make it an escalade lowrider. Slap some 18-19 chrome on there, gotta go all black paint, tinted windows, and finally lower it with some springs... just a thought, it would definitely be a corolla in an identity crisis lol

Thanks for all the suggestions for race wagons, sleepers and such, but let it be known right here and right now:
I simply hate blinged out big suv's with huge rims. Biggest waste of metal on earth. To each his own, of course, but to me, they're nothing more than gas guzzling, look at me POS's.

Well, truth be told, I am practically a grandpa. Actually a "grand-uncle" if you will; Six nieces, one nephew, all with kids, eleven in all!
I think the Eibach's 1" drop and Monroes will suit me fine. Especially since it's only a three speed automatic trans on the 'Rolla wagon. No intention of any performance driving with this beast. However, I do want it to look cool.
Thanks again, gang!
