That's one of the better examples I've seen. Looks like it has a gap along the side though.

I've seen the HOME DEPOT lip mod on a few different cars, and I must say, It's not bad on the 6g 'Rollas.

You did a split thingy there which I like muchly. Subtle, yet custom looking. It's complimentary, doesn't look like a pretentious add on, and not ricey at all.

What is it again? Lawn edging or some such gardening yard decoration stuff?

I might have to look into this more.

-no actually it is garage door sealer, it comes in like a 16 ft long pack, although there is a hard rubber one and a soft sponge like one that is water resistant. Get the sponge one... and best part is that it is exactly the same color as my bumper, no paint needed

I'm normally not a fan of this mod, but I actually like how it matches the gray bumper in this case

The fogs set the look off nicely.

Did you use a heat gun to shape the bends?

nope... what you do is cut a long V shape slit on the top flap when it begins to curve, so it can bend.

dont use the tape, it doesnt work. just use screws and screw it with a drill into the bottom about every 2 inches along the bumper.

I believe he wants to see the "V-cut" you mentioned regarding the mod required to negotiate the bend on the lip material.

An illustration would be just as good. A HOW-TO write up with pics would be ideal.
