Anyone know how to increase/ decrease the RPM for the idle that the A/C controls? My idle goes through the roof when the car is at idle. I don't think it needs to be THAT high, like 2k-2500 RPM when in neutral (its a M/T)...

Check out the throttle positioner on passenger side of carb. It is a dual diagram unit with three vac hoses and two adjustment screws. Look at unit with a/c off and then have someone turn on a/c and see which cam moves to determine which adjustment screw to turn. I don't have a diagram to post so you will need to consult a service manual for more detailed info.

look at the unit in the very rear of the passenger side. Don't mess with the other one which is just in front of that. It has an upside down lever which gets pushed into the bottom of the diaphram lever. idle should be about 1k or so with a/c on.
