Hi, I am having a really hard time finding the corner lights for my 1990 SR5 Coupe. For the sedan there a bunch available, but for the two door I can't find any aftermarket ones. They are available at the dealer but at $80 each I rather get aftermarket ones. I have not tried the junkyard yet but rather buy new ones. Any help would be great!
Thanks
You never know, when I had my MX-3 there was people crying out for projectors for their cars. They started making them just last year, I would assume from the demand. Things will pop up if there is a market for it.
You can do HID projector retrofits pretty easily and cheaply into a standard H4 housing. I think it's about $60 shipped for the HID kit and $40 for a good set of housings.

There are no aftermarket ones... just OEM ones, your best bet is to hit a junkyard and even then I can guarantee you that 80% of them are rusted off at the copper strip.

- Autopal H4 housings ($40 shipped from eBay - http://stores.shop.ebay.com/Autopal-...mrsZ1QQ_fsubZ7 - get the Euro spec, not the diamonds). These are good housings for regular bulbs, I'm not sure how well they work with HIDs particularly.
- any of the eBay HID kits (search for "hid h4" and you'll see a ton in the $56 shipped range).
Then just fit the bulbs into the housings and install the HID ballasts somewhere nearby.
I mean like the projectors that transform pop-up headlights into non-pop-up projectors.
That's gonna be tough, at least if you mean flushmounts. I haven't looked the the front of my AE92 for a bit but I don't think there's enough slope to the hood.
I have a set of these on my AE92 and they're worthless. I would rather have stock sealed beams than these things. Terrible light distribution and crappy bulbs.
That said, as I mentioned before, Autopal housings are only a little more expensive and they are much better. My MR2 has a set of Euro-spec Autopal housings and they are very nice.
Personally, I'd go with Autopal housings and a good quality bulb (Osram Night Breakers maybe).
