rumble and shudder upon braking

ok here goes, my girl has the yota as her car. she was at a party and got drunk. she thought it would be responsible to let her sober friend drive them home in her car. at 330 in the morning they were both so tired it didnt matter her friend fell asleep at the wheel and macked the curb doin atleast 60mph. They were both thankfully ok and didnt do any damage to anyone else or the body of the car. just chewed the shit out of the passenger front wheel and blew the nice new tire I had just put on(toyo). I came got them and changed the wheel to the full size spare and checked everything I can think of thoroughly. all I can tell is that there is very minor play in the inner tie rod. no wheel bering movement or bering noise. all suspension components(outer tie rod, lower controll arm, ball joint, shocks) seem to be fine. but now when going like 60 or so when you hit the brake there is a real noticeable rumble from that wheel. I am going to replace the inner tie rod but I would like some more ideas on what else to check so I can take everythin apart at once and replace whatever is wrong. any ideas on what I have missed (other than not to let my girl use the car) would be appreciated thanks...

oh and p.s. if anyone is selling some yota steelys around NY let me know Im gona need some new wheels

It might just be an alignment issue. Does it feel different when braking now? Do you notice any difference at lower speeds?

at low speeds(30-40) everything is fine but braking harder at higher speeds there is a rumble from the side that took the hit. I thought it would maybe be the inner tie rod bouncing inside the socket with the little play it has causing the toe to change rapidly upon braking, but Im not sure if that makes sense seeing as how the car drives with no rumble at any speed without the brake applied. there is a toe problem since the collision though so maybe that is causing the tire to contact the cement at an odd angle when the pressure transfers forward when braking??
