Toyota AE92 Dome light & reverse light HELP..

I have a 1992 toyota corolla AE92. Having some following problems and I hope that you guys can give me some advises on them.

1) Dome light doesnt working. There isnt any interior light other than the dash board light and the "a/c/eco" button.
2) The indication light of opening doors in the dashboard is not working.
3) The reverse light is not working. Light bulb is good.
4) There is a blown fuse in the fuse box under the hood. I reckon is a short circuit. It is a Dome 10A fuse, it blown. And I replaced a 15A fuse and it blows again. How can I trace back to check where is the problem is?

Is a 4A-FE engine. Auto transmission.
No fuses are blown in the fuse box that located at the driver side.
Does anyone have the service manual for the AE92? Or any link that can help me with?

I have a small pdf file electrical schematic for a 1988 Corolla. I can't attach it here, Private message me with your email. You maybe should buy a cheap manual for it, maybe around $20 or less.

From what I remember reading, the Dome Fuse controls more than just the dome light(anyone chime in please)

As for the reverse light, check your neutral safety switch if the bulb is good and so is the wiring.

As for manuals, autozone and advanced auto used to have manuals online. I can't remember if they still do since I bought a Chilton's and a Hayne's so I wouldn't grease up my laptop..

where is the neutral safety switch?
do you have any softcopy of the manual? i need it bro..
