I think so, but that is just a guess. The worst that it could need is the ends trimmed off if it doesn't fit.
I believe it will though.

well i'm just concerned that the drilling points on the spoiler will overlap the trunk lid, so i won't be able to open the trunk

My GTS trunk lid is 48 3/4" right at the rear most edge, 49 3/4" with the tape measure just before the spoiler outer legs. The spoiler outer legs are about 5/8" from the edges of the trunk lid.

I hope that helps.

I'm 60% sure it would... looking at the GTS spoiler you can tell that the corners on the spoiler don't touch the body, so the mounting points are lower. Only thing you would have to do is drill holes to mount it... would be good to get the mounting hardware that the dealer sells, this way you avoid water leaks.

Test fit it first to see if its a go.

It does fit, but need some adapting as the GT-S trunk lid is a little wider that the sedan lid

what kind of adapting? if the gts is wider wouldn't that mean the sedan would still have room on the sides??

as for the mounting... i was just gonna use some sort of sealer on the under side to prevent water...?

That's probably not a gts spoiler then... there's no clips holding mine on the corners that I can tell.

Here's an old pic of my car as a reference.

The gts spoiler has two studs for the center support and one on each end as well as the plastic stud that snaps into a plastic female piece on the trunk lid itself, I used back these plastic pieces when installing mine. Just take your time and make sure you measure it out properly fits just fine.

I still have the trunk lid with the spoiler too, if you were near by I could have sold it to ya.
