If you really want to change the fluid, it has a drain plug on the lower aft area, and a refill plug on the forward side. I think they are both 22mm heads.
As said before you probably won't be able to flush it, but you will get most of the fluid out, just like an engine oil change.
My recommendation is always, get the book.
The Haynes manual will do, and you can probably get any auto parts store to one order for you.
The Toyota manual is my preference and you can get that from books4cars.com. They cost more, but you will find that it is worth the difference.
