Fuel gauge quirk.

Have you guys noticed that the quarter under the half line always drops really fast in these cars?

Heck, I've noticed that on every car I've ever owned. I've yet to drive a car that has a truly linear fuel gauge.

That's why I fill up based on number of miles driven, not what the needle shows.

Im saying. just for these cars. first half goes slow. then second to last bit goes very fast. then the last quarter goes forever.
