will they fit a coupe?? When viewed on the car they look a little like the old supra/conquest wheels.

my thoughts exactly. the guys name on ebay is effectwheelz and he's got lots of brand new wheel sets at very reasonable prices but i'm apprehensive of the quality. although the feed back is very good. for the money you could get three or four sets though.

I really like these 15x6.5s they're 14lbs and they''re $305ish shipped

Lightbulb Tire Sizes

Damn those are some really nice lookin gold 17's... but I think I'll stick with my 15's :-) 17 is pretty big for these cars. You want to keep your overall diameter the same as your stock height so your speedometer stays accurate.

185/60/14 is the stock tire size, which is basically a 23.06in diameter.

I put some 205/50/15s on my car which would equal 23.36, and 195/50/15 would be 22.95in so either of those would work.

And for 16's I guess some 215/40/16 would work equaling 23.02in. But you'd want some 16x6.5 at most because 215 would be too wide to fit with 7in wide rims.

For 17's you could do a 215/35/17 and have 23.14in. but once again deff 6.5in wide at the most for clearance.

If you guys are wondering how Im getting these measurements.. you do..

First number (width of tire), times 0.second number (percentage), divided by 24.5 (turns mm into in) then times two (radius to diameter) and add third number (rim).

So for a 215/35/17 you do

215*0.35 = 75.25mm. to get the sidewall height in millimeters.
Then you do 75.25/24.5 = 3.07in for sidewall height.

So since you need the sidewall above and below the rim you times that by two. So 3.07in times two is 6.14in of tire, then add the rim height (17in) and you get the overall diameter of the wheel with tire.

Why I just explained all this, I dont really know, but hope it helps people figure out what tires to get!!!
