Starting somewhere.

I've been looking through a few pages for info on parts and possible ideas for my 4A-GE, but most people seem to have the FE engine or they've swapped for another engine. Plus, looking online I can't seem to find any good sites that have parts, which is beginning to get on my nerves. I don't plan on swapping, so could someone please give me a few sites that have parts for a 1988 4A-GE redtop? I know one place where I found flywheels and clutches, that's it. I'd like to get an intake, cams, headers, and exhaust. I'm about to get my bonus, and I'm deploying soon, so money is not an issue, which is why I'd also like to try and get a turbo and intercooler if that's possible. Any help would be usefull.

There are a lot of parts out their for 4age's themselves. However parts for the fwd intake and header are either not available or shitty. Pacesetter makes a header for us but unless they've redesigned it, it is very shitty, obx header is nothing to waste money on either our stock header should flow fine with a good porting until you begin nearing 200hp.

If you want over 200hp n/a you're going to need a custom header job and a good flowing intake and real big cams. That's beside all the internal work that will be needed.... It will suck to drive in traffic.

Turbo well... on a big port motor you can probably run low boost like 7psi. Other than the obvious necessities like manifold piping ic and oil supply. You're going to need some form of fuel management because our stock ecu does not change fuel delivery for increased air flow at full throttle we have a FIXED MAP and it ignores the air sensor and everything else when at wide open throttle. People have gotten away on a stock ecu though.... with low boost.

Damn. I see. Then could you give me a site or two with good parts? Or a suggestion to where to start? I'm at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky right now, so I think Nashville would have some sort of custom shop or racing parts store, but I've not gone there yet.
