They both can be blown. Blown bulbs can still even work

I've had many cases where a customer needs a new bulb, then when I go to touch it, it lights up. Then the customer comes back because the bulb was knocked out again... The filament in any bulb is like a thin thin skinny spring. Shock any filament bulb and the broken filament may complete the circuit again until it knock loose.
Both bulbs can blow at once. But they should work independently unless there's a wiring short of some sort some where. Which is too common for my tails...
