Question 4AFE Common Oil Leaks?

I have a pretty good oil leak that needs to be fixed. Seems like it is coming from around the crank pulley area maybe.
What are the common oil leak points on this engine?

I will be replacing the timing belt and water pump soon, and it would make sense to replace the seals at this time. Is the oil pan able to be taken off without lifting the engine? The pan is leaking a bit, but this other one is the worse one whatever it is.

Most common leaks:

distributor shaft o-ring
valve cover gasket
rear main seal

People often falsely diagnose a leaking oil pan when it's really something higher up on the block.

My best advice for leaks is to hose it off with some degreaser and then put some UV dye in the oil, run the car for a few minutes and then look at it with a blacklight.

Its definitely coming from the pulley area. The valve cover gasket is brand new. So it's either the seal behind the crank pulley, or the cam seals.

Yea when you change out the timing belt, since you have to remove the crank pulley and crank timing sprocket, it's best to just replace that crank seal... Takes no effort and saves you if it actually goes bad down the road IF it appears to be good now.

The oil pans tend to be a common leak, since they only used gasket maker for them. Usually what I do is clean up everywhere there is oil and drive it for a couple days, avoiding alot of dirt and such and then check to see where it's comming from.

Not at the moment, I am broke and people thought it would be cool to break into it and bend the arm and snap the mechanism for the turn signals :@, messed the windshield up a little more, and stole the faceplate and remote for the radio leaving the radio (woot for properly installing things, you need tools to get it out ). That and it needs a few things to pass the e-test so I can get my stickers updated.

But I still own it and will as long as I possibly can lol
