How to remove coolant recovery tank?

Hi~ So I have a 1990 Corolla SR5 and I just changed the coolant. I wanted to remove the plastic coolant recovery tank to empty it and wash the inside but I couldn't figure out how to remove it in the first place. It looks fixed or welded to the chassis and wouldn't bulge. Don't see any screws or bolts either. Any tips? How you guys do it? Thanks~

Slides out, doesn't it? Been a long time since I took mine out. But I remember it's being really really easy.

I assume its a plastic tank. Usually they are just bolted on to something out of the way. Just look at it from a few different angles until you see the bolts. If there aren't any, maybe it is a slide-out part.

If I remember right it does slide out. There is a ridge at back of tank that slides over a metal mount that is mounted next to radiator. There shouldn't be any need for any unbolting. Put one hand under bottom of tank, the other hand at the top and push it upward. Might have to rock it slightly side to side while easing upward as dirt/rust might have it stuck in place. Didn't realize we were resurrecting an old post till looked at date
