That's such a general question.... anyways...

best increase in hp/tq MOD for the money? Engine swap, 4A-GE 20V or late model 4A-GZE with LSD tranny.

best handling upgrade for the money? Coilovers. Any one's from Tein or JIC are good bets.

Or ground controls + Koni Yellows if you want to save a few bucks.

I was gonna say the same thing.Except im not a fan of 20v no tq.

I got my Levin GZE front clip with body panels for $1500 US.It came with catback tanabe exhaust and both power doors. You cant beat that as far as bang for your buck.

My Tein HA was $900 US.Brand New.

My suspension cost more thant the car.I got this ae92 for $500.

Best bang-for-the-buck power mod: nitrous.

Realistic best: engine swap

Best handling mod: upgrade your 20 year old rubber bushings, tie rods and ball joints.

If you replace the tie rod ends and ball joints go aftermarket. The ones I have bought are life time warrenty (they don't know I plan to keep the car forever lol) and are alot beefier than the stock parts I am replacing.

Depending on the motor you get (guys on here have recieved garbage motors) and if you can do the wiring yourself or not a motor swap to a 20v or 4agze isn't always best bang for the buck since it can run you alot in the end. Espicially since from what I have seen on here parts for them aren't exactly easy to get (depending on the 4agze generation you buy).

Handling depending if you are looking for the adjustments on the suspension or not could be as easy as a set of lowering springs and stiffer shocks. If you have a sr5 a front roll bar is a good idea. So are better quality pads and rotors. If you are looking for height adjustments, camber adjustments, and so fourth than coil overs is the way to go.

+1

I agree, but those might require some minor fender rolling depending on the offset on the wheels that you choose.
