Want To Convert A Ee90 To Ae91 or Ae92

Hello ppl ... I have a ee90 corolla with 1.3 2e petrol carburetor engine. I can get a very cheap car AE91 corolla with a red interior and a 1.5 EFI engine fully working and the car in perfect condition. I can't drive this AE91 cos its not road legal and can't be. But I can swap everything from the AE91 to my EE90 seats, panel, engine, suspension, doors, bonnet, trunk every thing.

But the problem is that i dont want to alter my ee90 in anyway so my question:

1. Can the 1500cc engine from the ae91 be fitted bolt to bolt on the ee90? (with the gearbox)
2. ee90 doesn't have an ECU so can we swap the wiring as well?
3. Will there be any problems in the swapping of the interior or are they both the exact same size?
4. Will the suspension fit and work properly?
5. Can the chassis made for the 1300cc engine take the load of the 1500cc engine as well?

I want it to feel like the AE91 as well. I'm confused if i should go ahead this or not.

Also will also of this be possible with a AE92 as well?

I'm scared i'll ruin both cars if something goes wrong.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

You don't want to alter your car... but you want to put the 1.5L motor in it? that's the same thing, putting the motor in your EE90 you're "altering" it.

as for all your questions, YES but you need to swap everything from the AE91/92 to the EE90 chassis. Same car different motors... the 1.6L has no big power difference so yes, it will take the power.

AE92

Isn't the EE90 just the diesel-power AE91/AE92?

Why is the AE91 not road legal???

I'm sorry i should have been more clear on the "alter" part. by not wanting to alter I mean i want the new engine to be bolt on, i dont want to make extra engine mountings in the engine bay etc. I want to to swap everything from the other car n put it in my car. bolt to bolt swap.

The ee90's here in pakistan are mostly petrol with a 2e engine. the AE91 is the one 1.5 petol engine car SE limited.

The car is not road legal cos there is no proper import documentation for it and thus can't be registered here. There are many of those here.

Can someone please tell me what good engines fits to the the 2E engines mount without alterations.

I'm new to this engine change stuff ... maybe the answer is pretty simple but i just cant see it.

The problem is that I'm sure the E series (2E, 4E) motors have different mounts from the A series (4A, 7A) motors, so you may have to at least customize one of the mounts.

you will need to customize a mount on the right side

1. Can the 1500cc engine from the ae91 be fitted bolt to bolt on the ee90? (with the gearbox)
*I think AE91 came with 4AF. you will need to customize a mount on the right side
2. ee90 doesn't have an ECU so can we swap the wiring as well?
*when you buy the engine you need to get the engine, transmission, ecu, exhaust manifold also the wiring harness (you will need to rewire)
3. Will there be any problems in the swapping of the interior or are they both the exact same size?
*most of the interior will be bolt-on
4. Will the suspension fit and work properly?
*suspension will work
5. Can the chassis made for the 1300cc engine take the load of the 1500cc engine as well?
*yes

Just to give you an info I have a 1992 EE90 came with carb 2E engine and slapped a 4AGE 16v smallport on my car. I am also using Levin seats bolt-on, JDM aircon panel switch bolt-on but needs a little bit of wiring
