Too much tranny fluid?
Just starting this week my corolla is having some trouble shifting into 3rd gear (i have the 3spd auto). My tranny fluid was replaced but a few months ago
I checked the tranny fluid in the morning before startup so my engine was completely cold. When cold, the fluid level should be between the 1st and 2nd notch. The 3rd and 4th notch is for when the engine is hot. My fluid level was pass the fourth mark, very high.
So my question is do you think that my very high fluid level is causing my tranny to rev high before switching into 3rd?
