Corolla 4a-fe idle problem

Hi guys, i have a ae92 model corolla. The car is running well...but i've noticed once the idle speed drops under 950rpm....i can feel the car starts to to shake..the idle speed at netruel is 800rpm on the car same as the factory setting...can i set the idle speed high to 950?just wondering if this will damage the car or not.

And the wind noise in the car is very noisy once the speed is above 80km/h...any suggestion on how to elminate the noise?

That seems like a high-ish idle. I idle at 700 and 1k with the lights on.

if the engine is in good shape, and there are no vacuum leaks, the shaking might be from worn out spark plug wires, and cap..

My sedan just started to have the same issue. Haven't had a chance to look into it though. Would be nice to figure this out.

I wonder if it's transmission related on older 3 speed autos placing a drag on the motor??? Torque converter drag? I know when they go you usually don't have any torque and you get slipping but what if something gets warped and drags at low idle?? Or internal parts? Just thiniking out loud.
