92 corolla running rich after tranny swap

I have 92 corolla 4A-fe I just swapped the 3spd tranny. I pulled engine & tranny.
All works fine but is running really rich now & missing under light cruising...cant figure it out? Car got wet outside of garage one night....could that affect sensors? I blew out cons with comp air before connecting....
Any suggestions?
Baffled
Thanks,
Paul

yeah, on a lot of cars it won't turn the check engine light on unless it's something really serious.

to check them you jumper 2 wires on the diagnostic connector and then the checkengine light will flash and you have to count the flashes. (short flash = 1 long flash = 10)

I forget which ports you have to jumper though. hopefully someone else can chime in.

are you sure you plugged all the sensors and stuff back in? (or did you even unplug them?)

Ok, my son just called , turns out we crossed 2 vacuum lines! guess we should have labelled hoses better....all elec plugs are unique, so cant cross those.
