4-agze Ecu

Is there differences between the 4AGE and 4AGZE ECUs or could someone run a turbo or supercharged AGE on the stock non GZE ECU if all the stuff like injectors etc were upgraded?

There is a difference. The mapping for both engines is different, the GZE ECU has the ability to engage en disengage the Supercharger en the GZE ECU can see the difference between vacuum and pressure to just name a few differences.

But there are people that made their own 4A-GTE...but to really let such a set-up run at peak performance, you would be better off to go with a fully programmable aftermarket system

good luck. Watch ebay.

you will need all of the 4agze electronics and wiring (including alternator) in order for it to work properly.
