Gen6 a131L differential drain plug tool

I suspect that my differential is very low on fluid but i don't know what tool to use, it looks as though it takes a hexigon wrench, if so can someone tell me what size it takes ? I"m sure it is in mm. if someone could help i would appreciate it...............houndog10

I use a 17MM offset box wrench and come in from the top, after removing the air cleaner assembly. I use a small funnel with a piece of clear tubing to fill it. The head of the fill plug is very thin, so be careful that the wrench doesn't slip and round the head of the plug when you are trying to remove it. If you are changing the differential fluid, make sure you can remove the fill plug before you drain all of the old fluid out.

its been a while since I've done it, but IIRC they were different sizes, the drain plug was 14, while fill was 17? idk, its been months now.
