So is it possible to put a different carb that is a little better than the stock one.

yeah, it'll add quite a bit more performance. I would say at least 20 hp. Weber carbs are some of the best you can buy, and the stock carb is crap.
I'm selling my weber because I swapped in a 20v 4AGE.

it comes as a kit for the 4AF engine with the necessary adapter plate. all I had to buy to get it working was a fuel pressure regulator (which I will include with it, the weber only needs 2 psi instead of the stock 6 psi) and a bunch of vacuum line caps to cap off unnecessary things that went to the old carb.
it'll also comes with installation instructions from weber

that's the intake box for the old carburetor. you don't use it with the new weber, it comes with it's own intake box/filter (in the first picture).

so just take does off also you said the the old carb need more lines that the weber dosent how do you block those
