I'm pretty sure they need to be installed under the shifter assembly otherwise you won't be able to shift, due to the decreased throw angle.

Google it, you can find installation instructions if you look.

The lower part of the shifter arm itself is longer on the bottom giving you the shorter throw, thus you need to raise housing for it to clear the exhaust tunnel of the car. I always just use the larger one, it says something about using both of them for the jdm gtz cars but I have never seen it translated. If anyone is or can read japanese here speak up abd I'll post pics of the manual for the quick shift kit.

Here's one I made for my sedan, cut and re-welded towards lh side.

Use the bigger of the two. If you need more clearance, just install the second piece. I'm only using the bigger of the two.

yes, that's what I understood on my install page... GTZ = both spacers.

Also I'm noted with this TRD, shift knob is more faraway from me. One thing noted before install, TRD shift rod coming with a bit bended to right side. At first thing do something wrong but check and every ok. Maybe is the design

AE92 TRD Quick Shift is only meant for right-hand drive AE92, explains why it leans towards the passenger for us left-hand drivers. But, still useable. I've had no problem, except my friends' leg sometimes making me miss 5th gear.

A blow torch and a shop vise and it's fixed.

Oh, the friend's poor leg! Very dramatic solution
