i've been around here a while with my camry. just new to the rolla circuit. two quick questions, are the standard rolla (front and rear) bumpers compatible with the seca? and how easy is it to drop an EFI engine into a carby car?

hey
im guessing the seca looks like the corolla if they look identical then they may but it just depends on the brackets and other stuff and with engines what sort of efi and what sorta carby engine cause all the 4A engines can fit into a corolla with a 4a engine (e.g 4AF,4AFE,4AGE etc) will all fit into a car with them if that makes sense to you
cheers

cheers guys!

got info regarding the engines and such from my local rolla nuts. (of which i will become). i have the 4A-F (sig is wrong) and i'm looking at dropping a 4A-GE into it. as a member of the yota group i understand the simplicity with dropping it in while i'll have lot's of fun with the wiring harness, fuel pumps, tank, fuel lines etc. (this being said i'll just grab a better carby, air filter and exhaust setup and look into doing a conversion much later down the track.)

the seca is the 4 door Liftback. so far as i can figure it has the same body until it hits the halfway point. so i should be able to use the same bumpers.

the hatchback may fit onto the corolla and with the carby engine get soemthing called a ram-flo (air filter) they are made by lynx in australia and have been round for years, i have one on my 4AF it sounds really nice and has maybe increased the hp by 1-5. im in the process of getting an exhaust done just need to save some more money up till i can get it finished.
cheers
Greg
