Spring rates, stock or not.

I need to know the stock spring rates for the sedan. Also aftermarket spring rates would be great too.

I'm wondering because I was thinking of going with low spring rate ground controls (like 150 front and rear), extended tophats, and gr-2s for a budget adjustable height set up.

Probably ride harsh but with the gr2's and a low spring rate, it should be bearable for dd purposes.

GR-2's are an OEM replacement strut, they're not meant to be slammed, regardless of how low the spring rate is.

Hence the extended top hats. I'm not trying to be slammed, Im trying to be level. All the drop springs I've seen give your car a raked look. I'm not gonna put it on the ground or anything like that, I just want a moderate drop, without having to worry about my shocks going.

We don't have a lot of options in terms of aftermarket suspension other than over priced k-sports that die in a year, konis, and some oem replacements, so you make do with what you have.

APEX springs are pretty even. even with them I'd still recommend getting koni yellows though.

I'm not sure, the manufacturer keeps changing what they list it as. first it was 1.7", then it was 1.4" and now it looks like it's 30mm which is 1.2"

i guess you gonna have to average it lol. 1.5" ? it looks great though. might pick some up in the future for the levin
