91 Corolla sedan no turn signals

Hello, My Mom was given a 91 Corolla sedan and the turn signals don't work. I checked all of the fuses inside the panel (none blown) but the cover was missing so I'm not sure which fuse is used for the signals.

I wiggled the switch ... nothing, no relay clicking. Is there a wire diagram posted online for this car somewhere?

Have Some One Check The Relay For Power. Also Is The Hazard Switch Plugged In, Or Even Functional. When I Was Doing Some Interior Repairs To My Car. I Had The Hazard Switch Disabled Due To The Dash Being Torn Apart And Had To Drive My Car. I Found Out That My Turn Signals Do Not Work Unless The Hazard Switch Is Plugged Into The Connector.

chekc ur connections they go lose all the time there small screws on every one tighten thos it should work if not check the fuse then the relay
