alright np thanks. what if i put 185 on them?if it fits i have no idea if it will, i only know what would and wont fit on my 65 tempest lol.
cant wait to get my 295's
can you guys tell me what size tire, width and offset would work good on my car?? ive been looking but im kind of unsure. either 14's or 15's is fine but i havnt really found any 4x100 for cheap.im mostly looking for stock, idc if its steel or an alloy
Me personally, I've been looking for the mk1 mr2 wheels. Have you tried the junkyard? If you're lucky, you can score some bbs wheels that came off of vw's. Any factory alloy wheel thats 14 or 15 will be an improvement over steelies. Honda/Acura wheels will fit but will rub, unless you run extended wheel studs with spacers. Don't run spacers on stock wheel studs.
Good luck.

Do some calculations on this site. I'd recommend it to everyone looking at changing/upgrading their wheels. It tells you everything from how close/far the wheel will sit due to the offset, to how much your speedo will be affected:
there's a million tire size threads on the forum, do a quick search... but off the top of my head, you can go with 195/50-15s, 205/50-15s OR 195/55-15s. The problem is that you have to have the proper offset for these wheels, if they're 15x7 with an offset higher than 40mm they won't fit... they have to be 38mm or under for the coupes.
lol im an idiot, i was looking for the thanksbutton. i saw it earlier and it wasnt there..well i wasnt signed it haha. yes i did do a search also ren. u guys are a great help
