What you circled is the mechanical fuel pump since you have a carburetor. If it is leaking oil you might need the gasket( if you can buy it separately) that goes between the pump and the engine.

If I remember it is a thick gasket that goes between fuel pump and side of engine. If it can be replaced separate from pump it would likely be only thru Toy dealer. Might want to price a new pump and see if it comes with the gasket. Have you tried tightening the two bolts that hold pump in place? They might simply be loose allowing the oil to seep out. Are you sure it's leaking at pump? A more likely spot is the valve cover gasket directly above it or the distributor O ring .

Theres two gaskets on each side of the thick plastic spacer. You can use engine sealant on it (hylomar or permatex gray for example). But are you sure its oil not fuel, theres a weep hole on the lower part of the pump and it leaks out fuel when the fuel pump wears out.

@90gp and @flashmn

I am 100 percent sure.it leaks from the middle of the casing all over the tranny. I thought it was the valve covers but apparentlly not. i was trying to jump my tractor and watched it seep some out. im also 100 on it being oil i still have a stain on my Drive from december

yeah it's just gaskets, easy fix. When I read oil leak threads I always worry when opening them thinking I might see pictures that show a blown headgasket lol.
