Any interest in poly/delrin engine mount inserts?

Well I'm going to be making some in the near future and would like to know if anyone else would be interested in a set. These would fit all ae92 using a C series transmission.

The mounts would be a two piece design so you would cut the old rubber insert out of the mount and install two halves then after removing the stock metal insert and grinding off the rubber from it, press it through the middle of the new mount.

I am still looking around at different companies in my area to buy the poly from but should be able to sell them for around $40 each mount plus shipping to where ever you are. The only reason I'm doing this is so far the smallest piece I can get is 20" long which is enough for roughly 10 mounts and costs $324C so I don't want to eat all the cost for two sets for myself. However I am still looking into other materials that could be cheaper and harder. If I go with the polyurethane it would be around 85a durometer and I have also been looking at using delrin or aluminum. Every one of these materials is stiff and will result in shakes and rattles in the car but I figure if I'm going through the effort to make them might as well go with a hard material and make it worth while.

I will need around 8 individual mounts sold to break even so far, so if interested speak up.

I would be interested! I am officially rejoining you guys tomorrow, when I buy my New car!!

1990 Toyota Corolla SR5, 270,000+km, manual

Since mine will be strickly a track car, I don't have to worry about all of the same stuff you guys do! (by the end of the weekend the car will be stripped!)

Let me know if you have any other performance parts/GTS parts that you can spare and I would be interested. We should meet up at some point, since we are both Hammer Mountaineers...
