Wow man. How do they get away with selling such bullshit? hahaha. It said "Insane acceleration off the line and better steering response" lmao. Since when can ANY computer chip improve non computerized steering anyway? hahaha. I wonder how much money they steal from people anyway?

I'm sure a lot, like people who are non-technical and whatever, no common sense, blah.
Ever seen those magnet bands? I worked at Sears Auto, worked on a truck, opened the hood. There was a magnet band on the intake pipe and one on a fuel line. Supposedly it does something "to add performance".
Yeah they're scams, but electric superchargers are totally legit!
right?
hah I forgot where it was posted but I remember seeing a cardomain link to someone who allegedy had something like 170hp from a 4AFE with an ebay chip. I didn't really have the heart to tell him.
haha. ive seen hose magnet bands too.such crap lol.
ive also seen that electric supercharger. except it was listed as a turbo lol. almost $400 for the pos lol. some of the reviews were like "i have a 95 integra and i can now pass camaro SS's and chirp the tires. and its an AUTOMATIC." lol i think it was on jcwhitney actually. it came in a bunch of different colors too
It's mostly in the mind I guess. Most people psych their self into believing simple mods actually make a difference. I had a friend cut up some plastic plate to make a "throttle body spacer " and a" plenum spacer " and he is convinced that he got a huge increase in top end power boost on a 5afe . .
