To paint or not to paint?

Im thinking of doing a repaint seeing as how I can do it myself and I have all the pray guns and tools. Should be a fun project.

so the question is how should I go about it out of the options above?

The paint looks mint in the photo you posted, so I voted for "leave it alone its a waste of time". I'd understand if the paint was all faded and/or oxidized, but it looks very well looked after, so if I were you I'd spend the money elsewhere. Although pictures can be deceiving, so if the paint is in fact looking rather poor in real-life, then I'd paint the bumpers and the rest of the car but leave the door-sills black to break things up a bit.

The clear coat scratches really stand out at night and it drives me crazy hense the repaint. That pic is doctored to look cleaner than it is. It was also taken before I was rear ended.

I say just go with a complete repaint, shaving everything sometimes ruins the lines of the car. If you have any desire to have the GTS body kit now would be the time to do it.

I plan on re-doing all of the body work and paint on my 90 SR5 this summer too, but thats cuz I need to get rid of all of the rust. Thanks to living in Canada.
