I was just curious if anyone on here was rallycrossing their AE92.
in the US (yes, I'm aware European rallycross is much different and way cooler haha) it's basically just autocross in a dirt field instead of a parking lot
This year I started rallycrossing my Impreza and it's a blast. I highly highly recommend it. And they have front wheel drive classes, so don't think you need a subaru to be competitive. My brother rallycrosses his bone stock civic haha.
Here is a video of a few runs in my impreza last weekend:
I guess it would be good rallycrossing an all trac.
I imagine the alltracs would probably be pretty bad... mostly because they're awd so they would have to be in the same classes with imprezas and evos and such. If you were to rallycross a normal AE92 you would only have to deal with neons and golfs

well if you go with the st185 celica alltrac the competion wouldn't be too far off, but definitely the corolla would probably have a bit of a tough time. Plus I'd just be a lot more comfortable picking up a beater FWD ae92 and autocross it without really caring. Parts for the alltrac corollas aren't as easy to come by.

well, with a 4A-GE, its not that hard, as long as you don't release the gas
ok, Well I have a set of taller all seasons around on some 15" wheels that I can bring out, my 17s probably wouldn't be a good idea haha. Anyway you should be able to count me in!
Just read through this thread and was surprised to see that no one is running a Corolla in rallycross in the US? Is anyone running a Toyota car in US solo rallycross? I see lots of Nissans, Saabs, Hondas, etc. in the 2WD classes.
