carburator

so i got a downdraft webber for my 88 SR5 GTS, and now it runs GREAT!!!! the difference is like night and day, the performance is astonishing. now all i wanna know is, what do i do with all the vacume tubes now? all i did was plug them all with rubber hose caps, and i wonder if thats ok. do i need to adjust the vacume now since its stronger for the other components still conected to it? or should i just take the whole vacume system out? anny replies are apreciated greatly.

Do you have a shop manual?
If so, check out what all those vacuum lines go to and see which can be eliminated and which you might need for other systems to work.
