i know, not the best engine to be doing any mods with. i'm just looking for a small 35 shot or something like that. nothing big, just a little extra boost when i need it. anyone got any experiance with nitrous on these cars. i was even thinking of upgrading the carb and putting a small turbo on it. i'm not looking for drag car, just a little extra power.

Putting on a turbo is alot of work for just a little extra power. Weber DCOE's and a proper exhaust and some cams would get you a little extra power with less work than a turbo.

dcoe's? not sure what that is. i was looking at getting the hks exhaust, i allready have a pace setter header. and who makes a decent cam for this car?

DCOE is sidedraft carb...With a corolla you need to think out of the box, dont expect ready made parts to be widely available...
