Half shaft trouble

okay so this is probably another dumb question but

how do you remove the passenger side half shaft from the automatic transmission?

i gave up on removing it while it was on the car so i somehow got the transmission out with the thing still attatched and i cant figure out how to remove it without damaging it

and i need it off to put it on my new transmission

any ideas?

There is a search button at the upper right side of the front page of the forum (6 th Gen Corolla) and if you put in key words like CV joint, or axle shaft you will find old posts on most of the questions that you might have.

Sometimes it might not be exactly what you are looking for, or there might be so many it is a pain to look through them all, but usually you will find what you need.
