i need to know answers to these questions.

ps pump has some weight on it, lock to lock power is shorter, manual is more for lock to lock... i know that much

im using a power rack and pinion for the quicker ratio but converting it to manual so it will be manual steering with the power rack and pinion... fyi if you go with a manual rack you need a manual column and all that because i believe the spline size for the pinion is different than on the power rack

i used to use a powersteering rack in my old red corolla. i had the lines hooked up to a reservoir (filled). i was looking for a way to make the steering feel better than having a looped line. i read up on this at http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=184202 about how realtime racing did this to their integra. it works and makes the powersteering rack feel almost like you do have some sort of powersteering assist. well it made it feel better then when the line was looped.
