Weber Vs Holley vs Other performance carbs 4af engine

I know a lot of people have put in after market carbs. I was hoping to put a after market one into my 4af engine but i wanted to build a pressured chamber for it so that a hood scoop would line up and force the air in. Any suggestions as to the kind of carb i would need or what would give me a good balance between power and fuel economy. I am porting the intake manifold and putting a pace setter header for the engine as well. Please let me know if you have other ideas about the engine and how to increase the performance. I dont want to do a swap, just putting that out there.

hey
i'm on the same boat as you trying to figure out what type of carbs i should use. i was thinking of either twin side draft webers or quad bike carbs.
The easiest thing for you to do would be to use the search button and look for other threads with your same problem, there are many threads about webers on 4afs.
hope this helps
Greg
