I just noticed this today as I started up there was a whirrling/slight grinding kind of sound coming from around the drive belt. It seems tight no obvious frays, etc. and everything and it's not a squeal sound at all. Any ideas on what this could be? It kind of quiets down after running it for a bit.

Might be a bearing in one of your belt driven pumps. (power steering, a/c, etc..)

Check your alternator too mine was squeaking and it was the alternator belt.

Thanks, it seems like there's a consistent mild squeeling sound (not too lound, not like when you start the car up and it's freezing out), around 35-45mph. I'll check it out.
