Does anyone know if there is a replacement headlamp that you can actually drive at night and see with? Or do I just need to add on zeon bolt on driving lights? Or am I the only one who cant see a damn thing with any halogen replacement.
no i have the same probem except i have a sedan. i know ive seen replacement "projectors" on ebay. i look it up and post it on here.. it is horribe how bad these dim ass lights are. im pretty sure toyota uses the same bulb size for alll the models with flip up lights.(some one else can verify this) but if that is correct im sure you can get better light set up from a supra, celica, or mr2, ect...

i dont know how high of a quality these are but they are cheap enough to try out. you can always make your own set up with projectors. personally i feel subaru has the best non HID projectors and thats what i plan on using when i make mine
you could also get driving lights and mount them on your bumper or fog lights. i did the same and it helped a bit until the switch went on fire lol.
Dont buy that crap. My friend got the exact same thing for his 92 Celica. They were alright for a while, but after a few months its gotten dimmer and dimmer and now they suck ass, mostly because the inside of the housing is burnt up on top half, doesnt reflect the light anymore. If you're going to get housings from ebay, buy the "HELLA" brand, thats the good shit. Otherwise go to your local parts store and pickup some Sylvania Silverstar headlamp replacements, thats what I use and it's about the brightest you can get without changing to a bulb insert housing like those HELLA's.
Something like that would be a better bet, more expensive but worth it. Otherwise the H6054ST SilverStar bulbs are your best bet for flip up lights. :p
i have silverstars and honestly they are not that great. i didnt know they made hellas like that so i would do what createdtoburn said instead of the cheap ebay ones

you have a sedan, so a lot of it is probably old faded headlights. with coupes you get to replace the glass too (with actual glass).

Check your grounds to the body to see if they are corroded. That is a common cause of weak lights.
