what do you mean straight drop in?

the engine mounts will match up...

what year SR5?

you'll need to delete you power steering or get a GT-S power steering setup.

you'll need to rewire it.

if it's an 88 or an 89 you'll have to totally redo the whole fuel system

I believe you'll need to find a 4AGE flexplate from a prizm also.

if you plan to keep the auto, then you will need a 4age flexplate....

if you REALLY plan to do this let me know.... I have one. or two.... maybe more... I don't even know anymore.

I'm not as informed as most around here but I can tell you your either in for a hell of a lot of research or going to be shelling out some cash. The motor itself will drop right in, IMO you ought to trash that auto trans and put in a 5 speed, but that's just me. Whats going to possibly slow you down is wiring and the engine control unit. The wiring and ECU in your sr5 wont run that 4ag. You can send your wiring harness and the donor car harness in to a guy (dr. tweak of Phoenix Tuning I hear is pretty reputable) that will neatly splice the two so that the 4ag will run properly but that's going to cost you some dough.... Then there is the diy cut and splice wiring method but I have yet to find a sweet walkthrough with pics like all the honda guys get........Also you can do a stand alone engine management system like megasquirt, I don't know much about the cost of that but I'd imagine someone else will be able to elaborate on that....
