Blower Motor HELP!!!

Ok, on a 91 corolla, I CANNOT figure out how to get to the blower motor to replace it. The Haynes manual is useless in helping me find it - do I have to take the entire dashboard apart? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

You only need to remove glove box to get to it. One of the bolts holding glovebox assembly in place is behind grille of right side speaker. That's not mentioned in instruction link. Does fan work on some speeds? If so it's the blower resistor not the fan. Sometimes the resettable circuit breaker for fan trips so check that first too. It's behind passenger kick panel in a fuse panel. It has a hole in center to use a nail to push it in to reset if tripped. Check fuses in that same panel too.

It was working on 2 speeds - and now it just makes a loud noise, but no blowing at all. Where is the resistor located?

The resistor is under dash not far from blower motor . Look for plug in connector. It is retained by one screw. Try removing old blower and see if jammed up with leaves etc. blocking it from running. If not bearing might be seized. Here is a pic of resistor (location and actual resistor) on Camry for reference.

Resistor is fried. Motor runs - but the fan is broken. What's a good online store to find a fan for my heater blower motor?

Not sure about an online parts source. Got any junkyards around you?. NAPA shows the motor but not the squirrel cage that attaches to it. I assume from your post that is what is broken? Here is link for NAPA:
